The Waterworks Visual Arts Center facility is available for rental by individuals or companies. Individual rooms, including the Delhaize Conference Room, as well as the entire facility are rentable spaces.
For large groups or conferences, the Waterworks can be rented in connection with the F&M Trolley Barn to accommodate 300-1000 people or more.
The Waterworks has an easily accessible catering kitchen and passenger/freight elevator for easy access between the first and second floors.
Fees and terms are dependent upon the size and type of event. Our staff is experienced in helping you ask the right questions to help ensure a successful, memorable event.
