THE EIGHTH ANNUAL DARE TO IMAGINE AWARD WINNER

Michelle Casper "Mermaid"
My influence for creating artworks has been inspired by stories, dreams, and my own ideas. I attempt to create things that you don’t see or use in most artworks and to vary my media and the end result, or completed compositions, by using the variety of materials that I can find.  Most of my art is influenced by just getting out and living and I try to infuse my enjoyment of life into my art.  My life and my future career will be in the arts, so I hope that you enjoy what I have produced at this juncture in my life. I look forward to growing, learning, and creating more artworks in the years to come.
Thanks to my art teachers, Dr. Mark Riley and Mrs. Karen Lundgren who have pushed me to succeed.
