Registration deadline is nine (9) calendar days prior to start date of class by 3pm. $25 of each individual class tuition is a non-refundable registration fee.
Class tuition is due at registration. You may register in person (preferable) or by phone with a VISA or MasterCard during regular business hours. Registration is not complete until payment is received. We appreciate your patience when registering by phone.
Members (those individuals with a valid membership at the time of registration) who sign up for 3+ classes at the same time, receive $5 off the tuition of the third and subsequent classes. Class Scholarships A limited number of need-based scholarships is available. The application deadline for fall session is September 6, 2011; spring session, January 15, 2012.
New Policy: Scholarships are limited to one per family annually. For more information and anapplication, please contact WVAC M-F, 9am-5pm Class Withdrawals/Cancellations Any request for withdrawal must be made in person or over the phone. E-mail and Voicemail cancellations will not be accepted and any refund that may be due will be forfeited. Refunds for class withdrawals will be issued as follows: 30+ calendar days notice - 100% less $25 registration fee 9-29 calendar days notice - 50% back less $25 registration fee 0-8 calendar days notice - No refund No refunds will be given after class has started. Waterworks reserves the right to cancel any class with insufficient enrollment and will refund 100% of your class tuition including the $25 registration fee. Notification of class cancellations will be made by e-mail eight (8) calendar days prior to the first day of class.
