Instructor:MT Sidoli Fee: $25 per child/adult GENERAL INFORMATION Class fees are due at registration. You may register in person (preferable) or by phone with VISA or MasterCard, M-F, 10am-4pm. Registration is not complete until payment is received. Four-year olds must have reached their fourth birthday by February 1, 2010 to register (no exceptions). Members registering for 3+ classes will receive $10 off the fee of the third and subsequent classes. Annual Membership must be valid at time of registration to receive member rate/multiple class discounts. Cancellations due to insufficient enrollment will receive a 100% refund. A class voucher will be issued if notification of a student’s withdrawal is received 15+ days before the start of class. Withdrawals received fewer than 14 days before the start of class are not eligible for a voucher. Notification of withdrawal must be in person or by telephone; email or voicemail messages will not be accepted. No vouchers or transfers will be allowed after class sessions begin.
