The Dare to Imagine Award is made possible through the Edward Norvell Family. This special award honors one Rowan County public school graduating senior whose artwork most exemplifies the creative potential of the human spirit, heart, and hand. This award bears a $1,000 scholarship to the recipient, in addition to a professional exhibition opportunity at the Waterworks Visual Arts Center. The winner's artworks are professionally framed, compliments of the Fine Frame Gallery, Salisbury, North Carolina. To learn more, go to "Education" and click on to the Dare to Imagine tab.
