Toddler Time: Leprechauns

Ages 1.5-3 years old

Instructor:  ‘Ms. Debbie’ Hoffman

Join Ms. Debbie as she leads toddlers and a special adult in a mixed media Leprechaun art activity for St. Patrick’s Day. Little artists will use paint, pencil, crayon, and felt markers to create a super cute, St. Patrick’s Day leprechaun and friends art piece!

Messy Art: Spring into Spring

Spring is a favorite time of year as color returns to nature with stunning flowers, green grass, butterflies and bees. What a wonderful time for young artists to join Ms. Debbie and spring into creating miniature garden!

Second Saturday Workshop: Clay Birdhouse

Ages 6+

Instructor: Brenda Gariepy

Make your very own birdhouse with this easy and fun class. With step-by-step instruction, you’ll learn to make a birdhouse from clay slabs. We’ll go over glazing and firing along with how to make your birdhouse safe for birds to use. This birdhouse may be enjoyed in your home or put it outside for your feathered friends to nest.

Cost: $60 Nonmember; $45 Member

Family Fun Drop In: Greeting Cards

Ages 4+

In this open studio workshop you are invited to design amazing handmade Mother’s Day cards. Create a pop-up, printed or painted card for your Mom or special someone to show her just how much you care. Supplies and materials will be provided and the Waterworks’ Artistic Team will be on hand to assist you. All ages are welcome, however, adult supervision is required for children ages 5 years and under.  While you are visiting, check out the unique objects and items in our Museum Store and find something special for Mom or your special someone.

Cost: $10 Adults; $5 per Child

Prompted with the same theme and materials, multi-generational ARTmaking at Waterworks allows families to create together.
