Family Fun Day 2026 will celebrate community, creativity, and connection while honoring the life and 21-year legacy of beloved teaching artist Debbie Hoffman. For more than 15 years, Family Fun Day has welcomed families to experience the breadth of Waterworks programming. This year’s event will serve as both a joyful celebration and a meaningful tribute.

ARTIST MIXER

4:00 to 6:00 PM
This free event is open to the public and offers a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow art enthusiasts, meet creative new friends, and spend an afternoon surrounded by inspiring artwork.
Guests will have the chance to meet and chat with several of the artists currently exhibiting at Waterworks. Learn more about their creative processes, the stories behind their work, and what inspires their artistic practice. Whether you are an artist yourself, a collector, or simply someone who enjoys the arts, this is a great opportunity to engage with our vibrant creative community.
Light refreshments will be served.
We especially encourage visitors from across the region to join us. The mixer has been scheduled from 4:00 to 6:00 PM to accommodate those traveling by train, making it easy to enjoy an afternoon of art, conversation, and community.
After the mixer, consider continuing your evening in downtown Salisbury by attending the Salisbury Symphony's Pops at the Post concert.
